Then my Freedom from Chronic Pain Course may be exactly what you are looking for.

This seven week course is for you if you’ve suffered from chronic pain of any kind without finding long-term relief. You may have a handful of diagnoses, but you’ve been told there isn’t a cure and you just need to learn to manage your pain. If that’s your story, this course could be the missing piece to your health puzzle. 

In the Freedom from Chronic Pain Course you will learn how to take steps to reverse your pain and other symptoms. Your pain is real, it has never been imagined, but like all pain, it begins in your brain. This course will teach the basics of mind body medicine and how that involves your brain. You will learn to deeply listen to your mind and body in order to begin to take steps towards healing. You already have all you need to reverse your symptoms within you and through this course, you will learn how to do just that.   

Does all of this sound to good to be true? I thought the same thing, because I lived with very real and difficult chronic pain for over twenty years. But in 2017, my back and body pain, fibromyalgia symptoms, chronic fatigue and POTS symptoms were all reversed through a process of unlearning my pain. I went from barely being able to walk to my neighbor’s house in early 2017 to running a 5K in 2019! 

Now that I’m pain free, I am eager to teach you how to listen to and care for your mind and body in a way that can significantly improve your health and free you from pain. 

This course brings hope to those who have tried everything and are ready for a major shift in the way they think about their pain and health. Because when your mind and body learn to work together, you will make incredible strides in your health. 

*Conditions that may be helped through this course include: chronic back and neck pain, abdominal and pelvic pain syndromes, fibromyalgia, migraines, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel and bladder syndromes, among others.
