Michelle is committed to creating restorative healing experiences through her online group courses and is thrilled to offer you her self-guided course How We Heal Chronic Pain & Fatigue. She coaches and teaches using mind-body science and creativity to help clients and students discover the truth inside of their symptoms and stories, so they can recover and take their lives back. Michelle received her life coaching training with Awaken Coach Institute and holds a certificate in Spiritual Leadership with Leadership Transformations Inc.
Both Michelle and Jill also studied with mind-body medical experts Dr. Howard Schubiner and Hal Greenham in their Practitioner Training in Practical Neuroplasticity and The Emerging Mindbody Revolution in Chronic Pain Treatment.
